Graduation Reminders

Graduation Reminders:

Graduation is on Wednesday, June 12^th @ 7 pm.

Important times for Students:

·         Must arrive at school for graduation by 6:30 pm

·         Try your best not  to miss any school days for the next two weeks, as we will having graduation practice.

Dress Code:

·         Graduation Caps- Make sure hair and accessories are places accordingly.

·         Come in your best Chapel attire

·         Ladies in dresses

·         Gentleman in dress pants and long-sleeve  dress shirts

·         Ladies: Use your best judgment in modesty

Student Frames (Grad Poster Gallery):

These are your student’s self-portrait poster frames that will be hung inside the auditorium for everyone to look at during graduation.  It is your responsibility to decorate the inside of the frame to highlight the life of your 6^th grade student.

·         I have the frames: please see me to pick them up

·          Please include the 8X10 Graduation portraits I have enclosed.

·         Your student name should be included somewhere inside the poster as well.

·         The poster size is 22X33.  Please decorate your poster so that it can hang VERTICALLY

·         You can decorate the rest of the remaining space as you see fit.

·         Helpful ideas:

o   Pictures from infancy to grade 6

o   Symbols or flat objects that signify importance (family, friends, memories)

o   Important dates and times

o   Showcase the creative side of the student

These need to be completed and brought to school by TUESDAY, JUNE 12^th

Meet at 7:30 am at the school if you need a ride

(If you are driving separately, please stay in contact with me.)

We will be returning between 10:30 p.m and 11 p.m.

Bring at least $20 for food.  Additional money may be brought for souvenirs.

Parents: Please pay for your tickets in the office if you wish to join us.
